Unless I missed it, the article doesn’t specifically mention what year $ was approved. Since the lab opened in 2015, it is after that time. And the US visit to the lab in 2018 gave a bad report. Maybe these are the details the Congressman is after. Also, he should look at how our laws are written that would allow such decisions to be made that are not in the national interest. Our federal government is too large to succeed at much.
