In a military setting, they would almost certainly be addressed with the last rank they held before leaving the military.

It’s not funny. It is sad. Biden has always seemed to be a dim bulb who is wrong about most everything, but this is ridiculous.
The democrats function like the communists.... the old guys are in charge based on seniority. We had a physically ill candidate in 2016 because it was “her turn.” Now we end up with another old person who is mentally deficient because “he is not Bernie” and the democrat establishment wanted their guy to win and not one of the other upstarts.
This is going to be an epic train-wreck. I thought he was just goofy when their primary process began, but that was typical Joe in the previous decades. He is visibly deteriorating before our eyes due to the stress of this. His outbursts, periods of obvious confusion, and inability to string together coherent sentences are obvious.
His family should stop this. Immediately. The liberal media will stop it... mark my words. A few more appearances like this and they will see what is obvious to the rest of us. They want to win. You cannot win with this guy when even democrats are beginning to see the cognitive decline.

The AOCs of the world want to take over the party. What better way than to have Biden go down, and for them to say, “See? We tried it with a Centrist, like Biden, and it didn’t work. It’s OUR turn now!”

To put Joe Biden forward as the democrat candidate for president of this country is long past sad, it is deep into absurdity exceeding any Jonathan Winters routine that I can recall. It would have been considered too far out for the wildest comedy fifty years ago. The man belongs in a home for the incapacitated. He was never really smart but now he is just hopeless. I doubt that he could write out a grocery list.

I am not so sure. It seems like the favorite pastime at right wing sites to bash Biden’s mental state, but I don’t see the same concern about it from the left. They are going ahead with him at the top of the ticket. And frankly, he is quite a bit less offensive to the American public than Hillary was, although he has different baggage.
Can we get some traction on the elder abuse thing here? Maybe just a simple apolitical video to YouTube showing multiple examples of his losing it, and wondering why no one considers him valuable enough as a human not to abuse as some kind of political placeholder.
If you wouldn’t take your grandpa out of the memory care clinic (no matter how smart and powerful he was in his better years) and shove him in front of cameras to help some political party, then why do it to Joe Biden?
