You are correct that is what they do. And the State is run be Leftists and is infected by Leftists. And if she has not proven her incompetence by now, who won't ever. But if you check the voting patterns,she is what the voters, when they are given a choice prefer. Given i choice, the voters will choose the crook every time over the honest individual. Kentucky is a prime example, ditto Louisiana.
