The incompetent “news” story doesn’t state why the sheriff or Deputy Klump felt justified in their demands, or the basis of the request to delete. Piss-poor reporting.
It’s worth reading the complaint (esp. p8) to appreciate breathtaking authoritarian display. I’d have sued the school district as well.
