I suspect most of the people who don’t like the plan fall into one of these two categories:

1. Pathetic alarmists who don’t work for a living and don’t want anyone to have a normal life as long as they think the sky is falling.

2. Prisoners under lockdown orders in blue or purple states who wanted President Trump to rescue them from their own stupid, inept governors.
