While this is being discussed, the Dem Governor—Sissypants— has demanded that NO real estate can be shown IF the building is still occupied.
IF the building is EMPTY, it can be shown to a prospective buyer.
IF the building is still occupied-—IT CAN NOT BE SHOWN.!!!
The number of residences & even commercial buildings that are still occupied has to outnumber those that are vacant by a large margin-—so people who are trying to sell & move elsewhere re frozen by this erratic Governor!!!
NUT-—Las Vegas is the support center of Sissypants & he is trying to reopen the whole town & still hold properties for sale HOSTAGE!!
Harder to tell if a poker player is bluffing if they are wearing a mask.
Or dark glasses, or listening to something via earphones...
Las Vegas is so over. Even if they open up they will have few customers. Their potential customers are scared. California won’t let their people travel there.
Great News
Just stay away from the bat soup at P.F. Changs
Wear mask, wear gloves, wash hands.
Get people back on their feet.
I'd say that's pretty good advise any time.
What about the beef chow mein at Lee Ho Fook's
Bkmk
Las Vegas is a great tourist destination. But given the current death, unhappiness, people addicted to gambling, people who lose and lose a lot of money...then act up, start coughing on people, doing angry things and then get kicked out. Drunk behavior...such that you will run into situations.
YOu really want to be part of the first wave of that?
I know what Vegas is. Been there 100 times and lived there when I was younger. And I dont live my life in fear. In fact the only thing Ive changed in all this is put a bottle of Purell in my cup holder to use each time I get back in my car.
just my advice.BTW I was a Bartender on the strip there for 10 years in a place that is now called the Cromwell.
If I was, I'd have included "thieves."
