How about employers having a doctor/nurse practitioner to test each employee, and prescribe the HCQ/Z-PAC/zinc as needed and send home employees who test positive till the medications work. Companies could be back up and running in no time flat.

For jobs that require interaction with the public, temp and pulse/ox tests. Obviously, I am not a doctor, so I defer to what they say.
...

Here’s the problem with your solution...it validates the enemy’s premise that this virus is the worst thing the planet has ever had and we have to test everyone or we’ll all die.

NO NO NO...we do not need to test really any more. Do we test everyone for HIV, H1N1, SARS, EBOLA, Hemorrhagic Fever?

If we go along with testing to be able to go back to work, then they have won. Their premise wins, and Gates, et al, make more $$$ at our expense.

Go back to work now, nothing will change.

Making more money is not Gates' motivation at all. The goal is universal vaccination, with what is the question?

I have though all along the virus is not the infection to worry about, the vaccine is and this pandemic is the tool to get everyone to comply. Look at his proposal that vaccinations contain coding to certify what you have been vaccinated against. Papers please!
