HARRISBURG, PA — All Pennsylvania schools will remain closed for the rest of the academic year due to the coronavirus pandemic, Gov. Tom Wolf announced Thursday.
The governor said he made the decision in consultation with Secretary of Health Rachel Levine and Secretary of Education Pedro Rivera.
Schools had been closed since March 13 due to the outbreak, which has killed more than 300 Pennsylvania residents.

I think some of these governor’s are going to face massive pressure by voters to open things back up regardless of what they are saying now, but I find these declarations to be odd, very pessimistic, and bad politics.
I guess we will find out. Inslee in Washington did the same thing.

It’s a deceptive headline. If you read the story, it says “school year.”
So.. is school OUT completely, or are parents teaching their kids on-line and at-home? Someone brought up a great point the other day - that one small speck of silver lining in all of this is that parents can now SEE the propaganda garbage the leftist “teachers” are feeding our kids, and their eyes are opening. If that’s the case, I can see why the leftist politicians / “teachers” / unions would want to shut down education ENTIRELY rather than interrupt their brainwashing sessions.
