I believe the governor’s latest order also reigned in some of the judges orders (e.g. Churches can’t be closed, but they can be limited to the number of people allowed at one time).

The judiciary adjudicates.
The legislature, legislates.
The Executive, executes.

The Judge has over stepped his authority by taking on both the executive and legislative roles in his actions. These actions have caused harm to citizens by denying them their civil rights protected under the US Constitution (exercise of religion, gathering and redress of grievance).

The remedy should be a /Class Action/ suit citing US Code Title 18, Section 242. All it takes is one hungry lawyer with the balls to take it on and solicit litigants.

I read the whole article - there was a good bit of weasel-wording trying to give Jenkins some cover. Just speculating but methinks Commissar Jenkins had some extended kooky stuff in mind, the commissioners got wind of it and moved to shut him down.
