Just on with Laura - been holed up at home since mid-March. Wasn’t getting any better and on March 31(?) was going down fast. Didn’t want to go to the hospital because they were overwhelmed and she was afraid she wouldn’t come out alive. Heard the President talk about it but Dem gov in Michigan banned it for covid-19. Husband had to fight to get it prescribed and she took it just as her prognosis was getting severe. In a couple of hours her condition turned around and now, though still at home, she feels fine and sincerely and profusely thanks the President for saving her life.
Yes I heard that bit.
Glad the Democrat congresswoman got treated, got well, and went public this way.
