How about they just stay home, watch YouTubes, and after a couple of years Bernie’s wife sends them a nice piece of paper and they can deem themselves graduated? They might not learn much (not that they do now) but it would be FREEEEE!

The purpose of student loans was to enable students with an aptitude to fulfill a need to get an education. If the country needed engineers, those with an interest and aptitude could borrow against future earnings in order to get an education. It was never intended to just get a degree in something with no real future.

There should be stringent requirements for student loans including maintaining an excellent grade, a continued need for the chosen career, and the character to assume the debt,

They have moved to ALL online right now, how do they say they can’t do it next year...
