Yep. @360 Starlink satellites are already in low Earth orbit.
The difference between Starlink and Directv and Dish Internet
is that DirectTV and Dish is that the later are in high Earth orbit
(about 2200 miles). Starlink is up about 360 miles.
The closer to Earth, the faster the speed.
Musk believes he can deliver 1GB speed from low Earth Orbit.
Starlink will be competing directly against Comcast and cable companies.
In addition he plans to provide high speed Internet to rural areas. Areas
that are not serviced by high speed service.
