I have a different spin. ALL Presidents can be “retarded” at any given time. Some are more retarded than others and that goes for most politicians and judges. The media is mostly retarded. No president is king,god or perfect. President Trump has done a magnificent job at an almost impossible task during one of the greatest challenges in our history let alone the world.
