To all medical professionals around the world:
My name is Dr. Zev Zelenko and I practice medicine in Monroe, NY. For the last 16 years, I have cared for approximately 75% of the adult population of Kiryas Joel, which is a very close knit community of approximately 35,000 people in which the infection spread rapidly and unchecked prior to the imposition of social distancing.
As of today my team has tested approximately 200 people from this community for Covid-19, and 65% of the results have been positive. If extrapolated to the entire community, that means more than 20,000 people are infected at the present time. Of this group, I estimate that there are 1500 patients who are in the high-risk category (i.e. >60, immunocompromised, comorbidities, etc).
Given the urgency of the situation, I developed the following treatment protocol in the pre-hospital setting and have seen only positive results:
1. Any patient with shortness of breath regardless of age is treated.
2. Any patient in the high-risk category even with just mild symptoms is treated.
3. Young, healthy and low risk patients even with symptoms are not treated (unless their circumstances change and they fall into category 1 or 2).
My out-patient treatment regimen is as follows:
1. Hydroxychloroquine 200mg twice a day for 5 days
2. Azithromycin 500mg once a day for 5 days
3. Zinc sulfate 220mg once a day for 5 days
The rationale for my treatment plan is as follows. I combined the data available from China and South Korea with the recent study published from France (sites available on request). We know that hydroxychloroquine helps Zinc enter the cell. We know that Zinc slows viral replication within the cell. Regarding the use of azithromycin, I postulate it prevents secondary bacterial infections. These three drugs are well known and usually well tolerated, hence the risk to the patient is low.
Since last Thursday, my team has treated approximately 350 patients in Kiryas Joel and another 150 patients in other areas of New York with the above regimen.
Of this group and the information provided to me by affiliated medical teams, we have had ZERO deaths, ZERO hospitalizations, and ZERO intubations. In addition, I have not heard of any negative side effects other than approximately 10% of patients with temporary nausea and diarrhea.
In sum, my urgent recommendation is to initiate treatment in the outpatient setting as soon as possible in accordance with the above. Based on my direct experience, it prevents acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), prevents the need for hospitalization and saves lives.

Some have been cured with just hcq and an antibiotic and, presumably those people were not zinc deficient in the first place but it is a chance not worth taking. A years supply of 40mg zinc tablets is a 25 dollar item on ebay all day long.

Obviously it is sad the people that pass on with this virus ....BUT the framework and implementation of martial law that is beginning is going to create some instances where the authorities are ...ARE going to be challenged . It’s one thing to rattle our economy and create (supposed) safeguards but quite another to have mayors close off their towns ...police chiefs implementing curfews...keep your powder dry and carry wherever you go . I would usually go on a prfane laced tirade about the police and politicians taking advantage of our good nature but I will refrain for now. The hoops and b.s. regulations the hacks within government try to adhere to can go right where their heads are (up their collective asses)for the time being ...if it works use it...if not?....at least you tried. Just as I don’t ask permission for my RIGHTS I certainly won’t wait for a thumbs up for treatment from anyone.
The objective now is as clear as the nose on your face. The architects of this pandemic were unexpectedly boomeranged off course by Trump’s Devine “good feeling” message from God that chloroquine would be a game changer, which it has clearly turned out to be. So now the bastards have to delay, they don’t want this drug going into large scale use. The fall back plan is to disingenuous keep insisting that the drug needs to pass yet another and then another large scale test before it can gain the federal bureaucratic seal of approval. There is nothing to test or approve on a fifty year old drug, zinc, and a Z pack. Drugs that people are using every day, albeit for other purposes. Yet, the BS claim is another test is required, which translates into more weeks of delay, more dead bodies, pain and suffering. None of this matters in the slightest because the overriding need by the globalist DS cabal and the libs is to make the pandemic bigger than it is or has to be, to blame it all on Trump, and to try and keep him from being re-elected.
Clinical trials can be stopped early, either for exceptionally good results or for exceptionally bad results. I’ve seen both happen. If Hydroxychloroquine and Azithromycin are dramatically outperforming placebo at the 5 day or 10 day mark, their results should be reported at that point.
She thinks she got infected early on, like a bad cold for her. She works on a lung floor and is going to start taking shifts in the ICU.
