NYC is so dysfunctional at this point at every level of government that I doubt Rudy could straighten it out in two terms. The damage is done and it will be far reaching as you cannot simply fire all of these social justice warrior appointees because this kind of lunacy extends to their deputies, department heads, and even down to the rank and file.
Hopefully this lib virus takes a lot of them out.
