Our entire government is so far removed from the Constitution that is is no exaggeration to say the Republic is long since dead.

Now our government is what I call the Jeopardy oligarchy dictatorship. Fedzilla rules by whim, the courts legislate by whim, but everything has to be written in the FORM of the old constitution.

This occupation government is a zombie parasite, one than has taken over the carcass and the appearance of it’s hapless host.

“Fedzilla rules by whim, the courts legislate by whim, but everything has to be written in the FORM of the old constitution.”

For example, the Interstate Commerce Clause. It was clear as written. It solely meant the government could regulate trade between the states.
Now it means if you grow a crop and only sell it in your state, you are engaged in “interstate commerce”.

The point is that FDR wanted to grab control of US Agriculture just as Stalin did in Ukraine. The constitution didn’t allow that. So they simply decided that ALL agriculture was “interstate commerce”.

Yes. Fiat currency was abolished in the US Constitution.

It is not unconstitutional, it is extra-constitutional. Congress created it, the banks own it, globalists run it, and Americans suffer from it. Oh, and JFK died trying to dismantle it.

Of course its unconstitutional. Thats why it was created in the dead of night on Jeykle Island. The constitution is pretty clear that the US Treasury department is supposed to issue our currency.
