I’m gonna have to disagree, somewhat. In general, most females have a hard time making the tough executive decisions that need to be made.
There are women out there that don’t have trouble with it, but they are in the VAST minority.
On the other hand, most men don’t have trouble making decisions, but a minority do.
Quite ridiculous to generalize on any demographic.
