Gee, I thought some of the other state’s governors (Michigan being one) who outlawed the prescribing of it, even as some doctors were being reported to hoarding the medicines for their own personal use and for family and friends.
Governors should not be able to ban a prescription. That is clearly the FDA’s jurisdiction.
