That would surely fail a First Amendment challenge.
Churches are going along voluntarily out of Biblical respect for civil authority.

As a result we now have a Rat Governor, a Rat SOS and last but not least a radical lesbian as AG. At the time the GOP controlled all three and they could have gotten the props on the August primary ballot but the GOP has no idea they are in a war.
