When Trump gets this bill he should strip out all the crap and sign what is left. Let it be fought out in court over several years.
I wish he could, but the Line Item Veto was ruled Unconstitutional.
They should have just told Congress they each get a Million Taxpayer Dollars for their pet causes with the rest of the Money being used ONLY for things related to the Coronavirus.
