Bahrain and Belgium report their hospitals are successfully treating coronavirus patients with the anti-malaria drug hydroxychloroquine touted by President Trump as a possible breakthrough in the pandemic.
The Kingdom of Bahrain's Supreme Council of Health chairman said his country was among the first to use the drug and that its impact has been "profound," according to the Bahrain News Agency.

MANAMA (Bernama): The Kingdom of Bahrain is one of the first in the world to administer hydroxychloroquine to treat active Covid-19 cases, says the country’s Supreme Council of Health chairman Lieutenant-General Dr Shaikh Mohamed Abdullah Al Khalifa.
The Bahrain News Agency (BNA) quoted Dr Shaikh Mohamed, who is also the National Taskforce for Combating Covid-19 head, as revealing the information on Tuesday (March 24).
According to the news report, the drug is reported to have had a profound impact when used to treat the symptoms exhibited by active Covid-19 cases.

I’m familiar with John Solomon.
The bureaucratic “purists” continue to insist that chloroquine cannot be “approved” for general use until a “scientific blind test” is completed. A “scientific blind test” requires that randomly selected subjects are given the real drug, while others are given identically looking placebos. The administrators of the test are not even allowed to know who got what until the test is completed.
In this case, many of the placebo receivers will be dead, while the real drug receivers will be alive. It is known in the past, that even in blind tests, the testing may be interrupted if the drug proves so successful that deaths in the placebo group can be prevented.
I contend that such testing IS ALL READY COMPLETED. There are many people who can be shown to have not gotten the drug, and there are very many who have. It’s a simple matter to compare the results of the two groups (the death rate, if nothing else is known), and instantly determine the effectiveness of the drug.
Again, the bureaucratic purists want a test that THEY control. They must be overruled.
Below is the medical protocol which helps human bodies ward off the worst effects of this “flu” virus, and helps people recover.
The out-patient treatment protocol developed by Dr. Vladimir Zelenko, of Monroe, NY, being as follows:
