I'm not gonna get into the full, long, detailed post, but here's a quick framework to start fixing all that. The big things are the first two. It gives the States back their voice in FedGov, and it somewhat puts the budget into their hands, not Fedzilla's magical money tree.

- Repeal 16th/17th Amendments.
- FedGov budget is passed, then split 535 ways between the States, each being responsible for their share based on CongressCritters.
- All income from tariffs/other Fed income goes to debt payment, once that's gone a 'rainy day' of 5% of GDP is allowed, then goes to reduce budget obligations.
- All income from user fees for museums/related goes to that entity (over and above their regular budget). Once it hits an amount of 25% of their allocated budget, excess goes same as above: debt, rainy day, budget. (Side note, most Federal Lands are returned to the States, excepting what is legally allowed by the Constitution.)
