In Texas, you are prosecuted for aggravated assault just for knowingly exposing anyone else to HIV. It's a 2nd second degree felony. I bet they go after some of those coronavirus party crashers under the same law.
it’s a crime in NY too though not as high level as when they didn’t have the cocktail for it.
