Brother, I have not received the email, but if I had, I would have to respectfully decline. I am five decades post service, over 70, with COPD, and recovering from Agent Orange induced prostate cancer.

I cannot stand in the Line of Battle as in days of yore, but I will support the effort with prayer and charitable contributions.

It is apparently being sent to all those on the Army retired list who are currently receiving retired pay. And is being focused on those who were in medical MOS’s.

I do not know whether or not it is being sent to all Army vets and whether or not to those who didn’t retire but are receiving VA disability payments.

And you’ve earned the right to respectfully decline.
