What are the odds the pubs didn’t cave to the dems demands?
Oh, you know they didn’t. Pork galore. Expect lots of special favors for the ruling class as well. Vast sellout of average Americans... I have no doubt.

They got their share in order to ensure quick passage.
Personally, I am not celebrating this “breakthrough” at all. Why? Because I’m totally skeptical that the Pubbies held their ground and prevented the dems from inserting provisions which are long term not beneficial to our Constitutional rights.
I simply distrust the dems motivations in everything always. And, I furthermore distrust the Pubbies far more than the dems to ever fight against the dems no matter how outrageous the dems proposals.
Why?
Because my friends the Republicans have proven again and again and again, there is no real fight in them.
The pubbies, when the cameras are in their face say the right things.
But, when push comes to shove there are no more spineless creatures on this planet than Republicans. When our President spoke of ALL TALK NO ACTION politicians he was talking specifically about REPUBLICANS.

The House won’t pass it. The House Rats want more cheese.
Left out some of the liberal pork, no doubt, but Pelosi larded her version of the bill with so much more than she expected to get that there’s probably plenty left.
Bet Nancy got half or more of the pork she wanted. Probably the most destructive.
I believe Nancy actually withdrew her bill. And I’ll bet it was Schumer who told her to stick it. He’s probably also livid at her for doing another stupid thing. Yes...this is my gut talking.
We’re screwed.
If it passes in the House, the president could still veto it if he’s not happy with what’s in it.
When we’re talking about the single largest government spending bill in U.S. history, I think its better to get it right.
If the president signs it, he owns it.
