Not shocking at all. It’s a gamble. They want people to die so it can be blamed on Trump.
Not likely. If the death rate is higher in Nevada than in other states, the governor's career is going to be in real trouble. He's not going to risk that on a harebrained scheme like that. More likely, he's just banning the drug because Trump recommended it. He may be stupid, but he's not reckless so far as his future is concerned.
