Yes, but:
1) A few of the GOP Senators are on self-quarantine ( e.g. Rand Paul, I don;t know if Ted Cruz is out of isolation yet )
2) The minority can FILIBUSTER a Bill and that’s what the Democrats have done.
I thought the days of filibuster were over when McConnell used the so-called “nuclear option” to advance judicial nominees or is that only for them?
Plus whatever passes has to go to the House.
