Witty, clever, well spoken and able to quote inspiring passages from great leaders of the past. But not having to show up in person where he will require a nurse and an assistant to get him through two or three lines of a talk to voters.
And will the Dem convention follow the rule at that time: No public assembly of more than 10 persons at one time? All ten vote for Biden. Yay!!
