A friend of mine is a PA trooper. He told me if the arrest order goes out, he retires on the spot.

The goobernor probably has it in fine print that retirements of public safety personnel are suspended until further notice. I’m sure your trooper friend can exercise “situational judgment” and let them go with a verbal warning and best wishes for a nice day!!

Murphy determined liquor stores are essential. The oddest thing was that he listed the essential businesses, he mentioned medical pot dispensaries in the first few (before listing a couple of dozen others). That is one strong lobby...
