Exclusive – Marco Rubio: China’s Shameless Coronavirus Pandemic Propaganda Campaign
Breitbart ^ | 3/16/2020 | rubio

Posted on 03/16/2020 3:38:46 PM PDT by bitt

“It might be US army [sic] who brought the epidemic to Wuhan,” tweeted a Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson last week. He then followed up by tweeting a report from a conspiracy website, stating that it provided “further evidence that the virus originated in the US.”

There are no words to describe the absurdity of the accusation, but for those who monitor China’s ruling regime it comes as no surprise. Deflection and blame are par for the course, but what is surprising is how many in the United States media are inadvertently carrying water for Beijing.

Just take the hysteria over basic facts like the virus’s origins. Just a month ago, the New York Times regularly referred to it as the “Wuhan coronavirus,” as did the Associated Press, CNN, and others. A Foreign Policy editor, whom no one could reasonably accuse of insensitivity, referred to it as the “Wuhan virus” all the while warning “prejudices can fuel fear and racism” against the Chinese people. A month ago, no one thought twice because geographic elements were common parts of disease names; think Ebola, the Hong Kong flu, or the West Nile virus.

Of course, as the epidemic spread, international observers began to raise important questions about the outbreak and the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) complete lack of transparency in its response. Outraged by the scrutiny, the CCP immediately launched a campaign to distract and bully foreign media and politicians. In order to disassociate the pandemic from their nation, Beijing has made the argument that referring to the disease as the “Wuhan coronavirus” before it even had an official name is racist.

There are certain things the government can not tell people. I am ex military with prior top secret clearance. Trust me if locals were/are told a nuclear missile is in transfer to a sub to King’s Bay Georgia. Locals would revolt in not thru by hood.

I believe this is from the Wuhan bio lab and if we were told as such anarchy or calls for war or whatever would cause chaos.

Remain calm and follow Trump lead.

Disgusting. And meanwhile our media and the Democrats are screaming "racist" at anyone who dares to point out that this virus originated in China and was propagated by their incompetence.

"... what is most surprising is how many in the United States media are inadvertently carrying the water for Beijing." There is nothing "inadvertent" about it at all. It is damn all to get rid of Trump i.e. us.

We are not allies and we are not trading partners. Our true allies and partners would not accuse us of bioterrorism and mass murder. The Chinese government should be treated as a pariah along with Iran and North Korea.

Funny how the level 4 lab in Wuhan, 900 foot from the fish market, suddenly moved on googles maps shortly after this all started..

I think China brought it into countries using the diplomatic pouch and released it.

There are certain things the government can not tell people.

Correct. DJT and his team obviously had some information prior to January that he could not blurt out, but he still rather deftly reduced the flow of people directly from China despite ninnies in Congress and activist judges. When he said "they" knew were the virus was from and that we know too, he knew just what he could and couldn't say... but you can bet Team Trump knows a lot of stuff that would have the public crapping bricks.

I also believe information is being released by he and Pence's team much as a modern auto frame handles a crash- a controlled collapse that releases the energy over a longer period of time, as opposed to an instant stop that kills the occupants. The man is far, far better than he is being treated (even on FR).

I was watching the presser Friday and one of the questions was in regards to the Chinese propaganda on the origin. The President ended the answer with “- and they know where it came from. We all know where it came from.” From the tone I thought it was a big tell.

Um, I don’t think so. If it came through a diplomatic pouch, Washington DC, not Washington State, would have had the bigger outbreak.

The major historical plagues originated in China. The last major one, the black death that decimated 40% of Europe in the middle 1800s came from Wuhan province. Most historians believe the bubonic plague that killed off 60% of Europe in the 1300s also came from south China. I don’t think we had army personnel there then. lol

There are no words to describe the absurdity of the accusation>>>>>>>>>>>

Oh yes there are words:

The Red Cinese are conducting a prpaganda disinformation campaign.

WHY?

1) Because Red China’s international reputation is taking a huge dive

2) Because China has been conduction biowarfare espio0nage world wide.

Red China has been engaged in bio-research espionage, stealing virus from Canada’s research facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Immunologist Dr. Plummer, a key witness in that case against the Chinese died in Kenya of a sudden heart attack, but the coroner’s report of cause of death has been left either undisclosed or undecided.

I hope you take the opportunity to read this well written summary,of how Chinese espionage and negligence caused the spread of Covid-19

After the Deep State fiasco trying to frame Trump, is it any wonder that I don’t trust the Federal US government much more than I do the Chicoms, whom I view as really, really bad actors??????

In other words, if our government wants me to place some faith in them, they have a whole bunch to do to redeem themselves with me and earn my trust. I have to be skeptical to some degree about what is happening surrounding the coronavirus ordeal. Can’t help it . . . they violated my trust in a very big way lots and lots of times.
