No, he is a cool head exercising sound judgement. This 8 billion dollar pork bill was rammed through with no hearings, and not even a chance to read the bill.

He also correctly pointed out that the emergency declaration already gives Trump 50 billion dollars immediately...so there is NO need for a panic rush in the face of the democrat panic.

The fact that the democrats are 100% in support of the bill should tell you that it is something bad for the country. Good for Louie.

I actually think EVERY Piece of Legislation should be Required to be Read Aloud, without Pause, on the Floor of the House or Senate by it’s principal Sponsor or the Speaker.

This alone would eliminate the 1000-5000 page LAWS they pass.
