If he does, Trump should hold a press conference where he describes in detail all the events that led the conviction of Flynn and he should also name names.

the FBI, working in conjunction with the Justice Department, has ‘lost’ the records of General Michael Flynn

Uh, Barr, cleanup on aisle 6. And this time we want to see some heads. No delete that. A lot of heads. To show you care.

There has got to be a serious prosecutor somewhere in the federal government that can replace Barr. I’ve given up on him. He just seems really incompetent.

Should be done like yesterday. The one’s who should be in jail are the FBI and DOJ criminals who set him up.

So nice to here that the juggernaut trump train is moving down the tracks and clearing all the debris in its path while we deal with another possible attempt

As incompetent as the FBI is, they do not lose investigative material. It is their last resort, when their backs are against the wall. The completely partisan agency has no chance of changing.

If Trump is re-elected he should immediately fire FBI Director Christopher Wray ... it's the same old same old at the FBI. Wray has done nothing to bring about change.

Ah, the formerly greatest law enforcement agency in the world. Like so many others who came with Obama, they sank to his level and became nothing more than suit wearing thugs bent on destroying any person who crossed or disagreed with His Majesty Barack. Now the agency should be either disbanded or every person hired during Obama’s tenure fired immediately. Actually, the firings should have been done two years ago.

Let the case play out. I’m not sure why the judge hasn’t simply stopped the case already.

Well and truly said, and every word of it. And he should invite Flynn’s lawyer, Sidney Powell, to take the mic and explain in detail everything she has learned about the Deep State criminals’ assault on the General.

I went through a vicious and horrible audit 1995-1997. They forced me to pay a fine and then they lost all of my paperwork. Hideous.

Pardoning Michael Flynn is the right thing to do.

No pardon unless as a last resort. A pardon implies guilt.

Based on what’s now obvious, Barr should drop the charges. Failing to do so would mean he’s as ethically challenged as mueler.

Durham is to us, as Lucy’s football is to Charlie Brown.

A solution should involve serious financial compensation for Flynn and his son, publicly exposing the plot to destroy him, and the naming and vigorous prosecution of the criminals who were responsible.

A pardon, while much better than nothing, will not accomplish those things.

The last I heard was that there is a new trial motion pending. One or two jurors were biased and were not forthcoming about it. If the new trial is granted the conviction goes away, and the FBI has to decide whether to go forward when the defendant is ready to actually defend himself, and when they have lost records pertaining to the case. If the motion for new trial is denied, it may be time for the President to consider that pardon.
