Yes my friend’s two college boys were both just evicted from their university housing. Both colleges have offered refunds. They’ve moved back with their parents to finish up their year online.
I have a son in college too, but he’s renting a room in a house with a private landlord, so he’ll be staying there until his lease is up and will finish up his year online.
My neighbor pays for her two Grand daughters college tuition. She called the school about a refund and was told a decision had not been made on refunds.
The school would get back to everyone in the next two weeks.
