The Chinese official is blaming the U.S. with the same accusations that the U.S. has made about China, but they are doing it AFTER THE FACT. This just makes them look silly.
The DNC, on the other hand, using the MSM and the deep state, have used the reversed accusation process as a PRE-SHIELD for their own mis-deeds. They started a counter-intelligence operation against Trump in order to stop him and his administration from invesigating Hillary. They did a Ukraine hit on Trump as a pre-hit to curtail his effectiveness out and investigate Biden. If China were run by the DNC, they’d have effectively gotten the U.S. blamed for the outbreak on Day 1. Not after it all blew up.
