The law, as written, violates the U.S. Constitution and would have been overturned by SCOTUS. For a woman who “values” the Constitution, Pelousy should study it.

Didn’t we formally go to war with Iran in 1970 when they attacked our Tehran Embassy and take all Americans for hostages? Has Iran agreed not to attack the US? Does Congress know the US has been under continuous attack for the past 50 years?

There hasn’t been a formal declaration of war since December 11, 1941, the United States Congress declared war upon Germany.
