What causes those two upper teeth to have that gap? It seems to belong to one category of folk!! (I dare not say)

That upper tooth gap makes the ghettopotamus look like she has a third eye.

Nope - can happen to anyone. My grandson at 11 has it and he is so self conscious about it that he won’t smile to have his picture taken...My husband (his grandfather) has it as did my husband’s sister. Dentists don’t usually do anything about it until a later age due to teeth placement etc. - IF DESIRED by the parent. As I understand it, that flesh has to be cut. I’m surprised by the number of parents who don’t have it done but it really doesn’t seem to be a problem so maybe it’s just a small number of people who see it that way. I would want it done and I know my grandson would be a happier child if he wasn’t so concerned about it.
