His quote after the church shooting in Texas was particularly revealing. When asked about the individuals stopping the shooter in 20 sec, he said ordinary people cannot be trusted to have conceal/ carry permits. Apparently it doesn’t matter that many more lives would have been lost that morning had fellow worshippers not stopped the guy in his tracks.
Great point. Not to mention that anytime NY’ finest get to draw on a perp they spray the entire neighborhood, check out the number of bystanders they generally take out. Compare to the church shooting, three parishioners/civilians went for their weapons: 1 shot fired, 1 perp down.
