If there were two lessons to take away from this terrible experience>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
1) Daddy should not have left perp. in a talking condition
2) Daddy should have lawyered up immediately, suing the perp and the police officer involved personally.
Daddy should have taken his family home, and then, if the police find him, claim they were watching telly all day.
And daddy should have put a serious hurt on the “nonce”.
If Daddy ever wants to see his child again, neither is a viable action in the UK. The UK justice system would throw him under the jail and he would not be allowed to sue either party.
