This is NOT an Edrogan issue, it is an EU issue and one of their own making
Watch this video and you will see that the EU pre Brexit had a revue sharing program and Turkey was being compensated for warehousing migrants that otherwise would be flooding into European countries
When the Brits pulled out then 70-75 billion dollars vaporized and they have no way to make it up, so the gates will be flung open unless they fund the warehouse and take money away from countries they had been sending “aid” to for vital things like Global Warming/Climate Change etc.

I read the other day that several of the countries were telling the powers that be in Brussels to pound sand and they weren’t kicking in any more to make up the Brexit loss.

Well actually it is an Erdogan issue. The refugees in his camps now are those who want to go to europe...not exactly refugees but saying so gets them benefits. They’re also a lot of the Isis groups they cleared out.. Erdogans goal is the Islamification of European Countries as always.
Europeans know these aren’t refugees...therefore they stopped the flow of cash to support them in Turkey. The only way Erdogan can get Isis through the gates into Europe is via mass flooding at the borders.
