I used The Times in the mid ‘90s every Sunday.
Had a 45 pages jobs section when we still had to look in the actual PAPERS for a job.
Even the most left wing paper will do some things right sometimes.
I hated paying the 2.50 for the Sunday paper though so would try to mooch it off a neighbor :)
I haven’t paid for a Times in ages. I think the daily issue was $3 last time I’d did. And it is literally unreadable with even the sports pages riddled with identity politics. Still do the crossword but online.
I used to get the Sunday issue occasionally mainly for the book review portion. But now I just get alerts from Amazon so who needs the Times?
