I draw my own conclusions based on the facts presented.
Now, on what basis do you reject my hypothesis?
Was involved in Bio warfare in the Military for many years. It was not considered a weapon of death, but a Psychological Operation designed to induce fear and chaos into the enemy and destroy their will to fight. A truly lethal agent was considered to hard to control, too much collateral damage or death to friendly personnel. Did not fully understand how accurate that was until this week. No matter if this was an accidental or deliberate release, or just a natural phenomena the effect is the same. We are witnessing destruction from a stampede before we have a single death in the US.
