I don't think so The Dem base is heavily invested in the Schiiff/impeachment narrative. Any candidate who jumps on this will be seen as agreeing with Trump that the Bidens did something wrong and/or worth investigating. They can't afford to even concede an inch on this without alienating their looney base.

The other Dems are likely to completely ignore this. Plus, none of the others running for Pres need to even worry about QuidProJoe. He's not the threat. Sanders and Bloomberg are.

If anything the Democrats will demand the House impeach Trump for allowing a foreign power to investigate a political opponent of Trump’s. I can already hear Mad Maxine invoking the Democrat battle cry - “IMPEACH FO-FIVE!”
