It often appears that racial color, foreign born etc. is a trait that would set you apart for promotion. Universities promote continueously diversity and muticulturalism so they have to back that up by offering positions that support what they promote.

Trump earned a degree from The Wharton School of Business.So did Ivanka and Don Jr; and Tiffany went to the same university in pre-law — but the University's monthly magazine, founded by Benjamin Franklin, has not published a single article about this family's achievements, in spite of Donald J. Trump being the first UPenn grad to become president of the United States. The University of Pennsylvania itself was founded by Franklin 36 years before the U.S. Revolution.
