From what I understand, it is likely that the Everett, WA, patient had significant lung abnormality by the time remdesivir was used, yet it still proved effective.
Hopefully true. Also suspect that China is pressuring the company to send as much remdesivir as they can produce to China. Not to use on the common folk but to have in reserve if the bigwigs in China get sick. Suspect they already stole the manufacturing technique.
