Where are the cases in India, Africa and South America?

Surely by now the Wuhan Flu has spread to there as well?

Not a dumb question

there are a few India..but not a huge amount..but many rural villages too

many experts believe there are some in Africa but no way to test enough ..some suspected cases turned up negative..lots of Chinese in Africa for business
