That raises some great questions. Will this income be assignable?
Can it be pledged as collateral to secure a loan? The payday loan industry would love that.
Can it be garnished by creditors? The credit card industry would love that.

that would only be 150,000,000,000 a month since over half of California is on welfare of some variety or another - and so not eligible. ;)
