The Trump White House and its allies, over the past 18 months, assembled detailed lists of disloyal government officials to oust — and trusted pro-Trump people to replace them — according to more than a dozen sources familiar with the effort who spoke to Axios.
By the time President Trump instructed his 29-year-old former body man and new head of presidential personnel to rid his government of anti-Trump officials, he'd gathered reams of material to support his suspicions.
A well-connected network of conservative activists with close ties to Trump and top administration officials is quietly helping develop these "Never Trump"/pro-Trump lists, and some sent memos to Trump to shape his views, per sources with direct knowledge.
Since Trump's Senate acquittal, aides say the president has crossed a psychological line regarding what he calls the "Deep State." He feels his government — from Justice to State to Defense to Homeland Security — is filled with "snakes." He wants them fired and replaced ASAP.

Build a new “Unified Government Services Station” on Midway or Wake Island. Midway has a long runway so planes can land there easily. It has run-down buildings that could be easily renovated. Ginni is very connected and attends meetings, lunches,etc. where she is in proximity to hear conversations, wherein people in positions of a certain amount of power, feel free to let down their hair re their disdain for the President but most especially, his agenda and their desire to squash any and all plans.
I do know for a fact, some people who were anxious to support the newly-elected President, were directed to a certain person in the office of personnel, who promptly moved the file of qualified and definitely loyal would-be future employee(s), to move other persons, definitely disloyal to the new President and outspoken on the desire to shut down the President’s agenda!
I have been stunned upon hearing certain hires, knowing they were well-known anti and never-Trumpers and have been puzzled at why some folks were ever interviewed, much less hired - now I know for sure, it was all apart of the plan to destroy Trump and how high it went up!
