New rule for talking to any fed LEO: always have a lawyer. The GOTCHA rule is never set aside, there is never “just need some information”, everything is going on a 302. And, Hannity is full of crap..
I would want a lawyer and a recorder. I remember a deposition years ago when I know I didn’t say exactly what was on the transcript.
