And....... many deluded and gullible Deep State Freepers have joyously climbed on the antiBarr band wagon! Is it for forty pieces of silver or to save their butts after President Trump starts his second term?

Loony leftist loser activist Judge Amy Berman-Jackson poisoned Roger Stone’s jury pool by:

Throwing out a conservative juror because she worked for the Reagan campaign “30 years ago.”

Accepting a juror who is married to one of the lawyers working on the Mueller case against Trump.

Accepting juror, Tomika Hart, a well-known attorney and former Democrat candidate, who posted anti-Stone and/or anti-Trump statements on social media, before, during and after the Stone case. Hart lied about her bias on her jury questionnaire and the criminal judge did nothing after that was found out.

Accepting juror, Seth Cousins, a well-known, Democrat activist whose anti-Trump rants were also easily found on social media.

Question: “Time off for good behavior” is a phrase that gets thrown around a lot, but what, exactly, does it mean? And how much do you get off in the federal system?

Answer: Many prisoners can get time off—that is, a reduction in sentence—by behaving well. In the federal system, prisoners who, in the judgment of the Bureau of Prisons, have exhibited “exemplary compliance with institutional disciplinary regulations” can get up to 54 days per year off their sentences. Prisoners are eligible if they are serving a prison term of more than one year; those serving life sentences are ineligible.

Does this same judge determine if Stone can get a change of venue - anywhere other than the DC circuit - or can Barr make that determination?

Judge can. But I can't imagine what would make her allow the change.

Can Judge Berman be transferred to some other court by Barr, say Puerto Rico ?

No. Judges are appointed to a specific court.

It seems to me that all of Eeyore Muleface’s political prosecutions are fruit of the poisoned tree and every single one should be throw out because they are all predicated on the criminally fraudulent narrative of Russian collusion.

Julian Assange told Ellen Ratner he got the DNC emails from a Bernie Sandals supporting DNC insider, not the Russians (see her interview from Nov 2016). Seth Rich was a DNC insider and avid Bernie Sandals supporter.

Richard Grenell was just appointed acting director of national intelligence and may be able to see that Assange gets deposed (provide written testimony under oath about the source of the emails). The source likely was Seth Rich, but regardless, it most certainly was not the Russians, thus the entire Russia hoax was a feral government criminal fraud.

Stone and his team tried to pursue this in court, but political hack criminal judge Amy Berman didn’t allow it.

"COMEY, MCCABE, ROSENSTEIN, STROCZK, PAGE ALL WALK FREE..."

Hold on. Unless Barr resigns over Trump tweets and takes Durham with him, I'm still hopeful since Durham's inquiry turned into a CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION. I believe there will be indictments, just not for the top bad actors. I believe Comey will go down for his perjury, among other officials. Obama, Hillary, and possibly Brennan will skate.

Also, remember Barr couldn't prosecute Comey because of technicalities. Durham is the one to watch for perjury indictments. I believe he has a standing Grand Jury in place.

He is one weird looking individual! I don’t know if he is always trying to make a funny face for the cameras or if that is his normal facial expression.

take care of real criminals first ..or let ALL off the hook.. hillary and bill have committed many crimes, and for a long time. get them obama, and his administration and intelligence.. and THEN we can discuss what stone has done.

heavy handed liberals need a heavy handed reality check.

Isn't it a violation of a persons civil rights to remove free speech this way.
