I have a degree in Agri-Business and have worked with farmers for 40 years.......The vast majority have far more common sense in their big toe than Bloomy has in his entire freakin 5’7” body.
I don’t know how much this particular flub huts him. Farmers/ rural voters were too smart too vote for him even better he said this.
